This Program with the Charlie Hornes Coaching Studio provides

Appointments amounts are as stated per package, membership, stated amount at purchase, and good through stated time frame, starting on purchase and/or renewal dates.
Programs will accommodate Coaches 8 weeks of blackout dates for Coach annually will be expected by client and Coach will provide as much advanced notification for those weeks as possible barring any urgent or unexpected conflicts that arise. In return, Coach will make every attempt to fulfill scheduled appointments scheduled for less than 48 hours depending on severity of arisen conflict.
If a conflict arises and a session must be postponed, rescheduling will be made priority by Coach and rescheduled as soon and as quickly as possible.
Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance through the scheduling platform and purchased in advance. Appointments can be made up to 6 months out.
All Programs ONLY includes the 1 weekly "Target Call" for 15 minutes per call, where client will directly address the issue they are struggling with that week. "Target Calls" must be scheduled no later than 24 hours in advance to ensure Coach is available. If an issue seems more urgent in need of addressing within 24 hours or less, Coach expects client to reach out to appropriate certified medical and/or clinical mental health professionals as needed, including calling 911 as needed, to address such an urgent need. Client is aware a Coaching Practice does not replace certified and licensed Medical and Mental Health Professionals for urgent issues beyond the reasonable scope of a Coaching Practice.
Target Calls are not for other memberships, appointments, or packages, unless stated in the Appointment Type.
Target Calls are a 15 minute issue specific free service. If calls require additional time, and coach is available, and at coaches discretion, there will be a $25 per 15 minute increment charged for time over initial 15 minutes.
Client is aware balances must be up to date and paid in full prior to each month's appointments in order for services to be rendered.
Client is aware any cancelations must be made in writing over email prior to 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions, at charlie@charliehornescoaching.com or info@charliehornescoaching.com. If cancelation is made under 24 hours or client is a "no-show" to session, client will not receive a full refund for appointment and/or be charged a "no-show" rate of $100 at Coach's discretion per individual circumstances.
When client makes a referral, both client and referee will receive 6 months of scheduled appointments at a 50% discount, in accordance with the above directions, including compliance with above stated 8 black out weeks, and a 6 month discounted rate time frame will begin on either January 1 or July 1 of that year - the 6 month discount will be applied to the closest future date at time of referral unless prior arrangements are made. Referral discounts will not be applied to past dates, and/or services already rendered, and/or completed membership monthly charges. Discounts are applied to future sessions at all times only.
Coach reserves the right to discontinue service to any client at any time, at coaches discretion. Completed sessions where services have been rendered will not be subject to refunds, only unused sessions within said month or prepaid package are subject to refund also at Coach's discretion. "No show" rates may apply as appropriate, also per Coach's discretion.
If client has shown a commitment to the Coaching Practice, has completed the work, application, and practices to a reasonable and appropriate level, and is not reaching a reasonable level of results and satisfaction with the Coaching Practice, at Coach's discretion, Coach, if in agreement with client's reasonable level of attempts at the work, will provide a form of future unpaid Coaching sessions or an equivalent in order to help client identify problems and work alongside client to identify concerns and/or solutions as needed and able towards progress.
Client is aware Coach reserves the right to communicate only during general business hours as posted and may need up to 48 hours to return a communication. Coach will make every attempt to return communication within 48 hours. Client is aware of and agrees to be respectful of Coaches blacked out and/or after hours time as not a time to expect immediate communication. Any Client who is unable to maintain respectable boundaries around working hours for Coaches, may be subject to immediate cancelation of current and/or future services rendered.
